Refund policy
Sales are final, except in the cases below.
The position
SpamSpike is a digital product with immediate access: once you sign in, the analysis runs against your own data and produces the thing you paid for. There is no way to return it, so sales are final.
Consumers in the EU, UK and EEA
Buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that right ends once supply begins, provided you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal — the terms box at checkout is that consent. If you have not yet signed in and used the product, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.
Where we refund anyway
- Duplicate purchase. Two licences bought by accident for the same Klaviyo account — we refund one.
- It cannot work for you. If Google Postmaster reports nothing for your domain because your Gmail volume is below Google’s reporting floor (roughly 5,000 messages a day), tell us within 30 days and we refund in full.
- We discontinue it early. If SpamSpike shuts down within 12 months of your purchase, we refund in full, as set out in the terms.
- We charged you wrong. Any billing error, without argument.
How to ask
Email us from the address that bought the licence and say what happened. Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within five business days. Ask us before raising a chargeback — we will almost certainly just fix it.
